The award was presented at the 50th annual Neal Awards luncheon held at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City on March 18, 2004. Truckers News’ special report, “Highway Robbery,” covered the problem of cargo theft and provided strategies to help readers avoid being a victim of this mult-million dollar crime.
